The Plan
Day 1
Tashkent City Tour
Arrive at Tashkent International Airport then transfer to the hotel and check-in. Freshen up and proceed for half day city tour of old & new part of the city. Visit Khazret Imam Complex, Barak-khan Medressa, Tillya Sheikh Medressa & Juma Mosque. Continue to view the Kukeldash Madrassah (from outside), Independence Square, Alisher Navoi Opera and Ballet Theatre Square (from outside), Palace of the Grand Duke Nikolai Konstantinovich Romanov (from outside), Broadway Street, Temurids Historical Museum, Amir Temur Square, and the Chiming Clocks. Later, see the TV Tower (from outside), the Memorial Complex of Repression, and the Tashkent Metro Station. Conclude the day with a Welcome Dinner, followed by a transfer back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Tashkent.
