The Plan
Day 1
Welcome to Bhuj
On arrival at kandla airport transfer to Bhuj hotel (57 kms / 1.5 hr ). Check - in at the hotel and freshen up for some while and have lunch (on own). Post Lunch , proceed for the Local sightseeing , first visit Smriti Van (an earthquake memorial) memorial park dedicated to the victims of 2001 Gujarat earthquake followed by visiting the Ajrakhpur Village. In the evening we will visit the Aina Mahal one of the finest examples of Indo-Saracenic architecture constructed ever in India. The fabulous Aina Mahal is a part of the extravagant Darbargadh Palace of Bhuj. Later visit Prag Mahal, palace commissioned by King Pragmalji in the 1860s, designed by Colonel Henry Saint Wilkins in the Italian Gothic style and built in the middle of Bhuj next to the Aina Mahal. Dinner (on own) afterwards Transfer to Bhuj for overnight stay.
